Terms of Service

Using Mesura
These Terms govern your use of Mesura. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Create an account with accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service only for lawful personal purposes. Public information pages can be read without an account.
Size recommendations and chart accuracy
Mesura compares size charts with items you say already fit. Recommendations and chart match scores are estimates, not guarantees or tested probabilities of fit. Chart extraction can make errors, starter charts may be outdated, and fabric, cut, measurement type, sizing system and shoe width may change the fit. Review chart values and the retailer’s product guidance before purchasing. Mesura is not the retailer and does not control product availability, delivery, returns or refunds for clothing and shoes.
Your content
You retain your rights in the chart information and closet content you provide. You give Mesura permission to process and store that content as needed to provide the service, according to the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not upload body photos, sensitive documents, unlawful material or other people’s private information.
Plans and renewal
Free includes 2 closet items and 3 size checks total per account. Plus costs USD $3 per month and includes 10 closet items and 15 checks per UTC calendar month. Pro costs USD $7 per month and includes 25 closet items and 25 checks per UTC calendar month. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. A submitted comparison uses a check even when a usable chart cannot be found. Monthly allowances reset on the first UTC day of each month, do not roll over, and are separate from the billing date. Automatic chart reading has separate daily abuse limits.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Manage billing in the app to cancel or change your Stripe subscription. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until that period ends. Deleting your local data or signing out does not cancel billing. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Existing closet items remain viewable after a downgrade, but adding items beyond the new limit requires removal of items or an upgrade. Partial-period refunds are not automatic; contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass account limits, access another person’s data, disrupt the service, misuse automated chart reading, or attempt unauthorized access. Mesura may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Mesura useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free recommendations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and Mesura is not responsible for a retailer’s products or your purchasing decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
When these Terms change materially, Mesura will publish a new version and ask you to accept it before continuing to use the app. New subscription prices are disclosed before applying to your subscription as required by applicable law. The operator and contact details shown on this page identify who provides the service and receives support requests.
