Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Account information includes your Firebase user identifier, email and any profile information you provide. Closet data includes brands, label sizes, chart measurements, item notes, fit preferences, purchase feedback and optional profile fields. When you request automatic extraction, we process the product or chart URL and any uploaded size-chart image. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as request times, IP addresses and device information to deliver and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, save and compare fit references, synchronize your profile when enabled, track plan allowances, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and record your agreement to our policies. Agreement records include the account identifier, accepted document versions and content hashes, the checkbox statements and a server timestamp. Accepting these Terms does not opt you into optional analytics or cloud profile sync.
Local storage and optional cloud sync
Your browser stores your closet, charts and app preferences locally. Optional cloud profile sync uses Google Firebase/Firestore and is controlled by the consent settings in the app. If cloud consent expires, synchronization pauses until renewed; expiry by itself is not an automated deletion of a previously stored copy. You can withdraw cloud sync and delete its profile copy in Settings. Necessary account, agreement, billing and usage records are separate from that optional profile copy.
Service providers and images
Google Firebase provides authentication and database storage. Netlify hosts the site and server functions. Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details; Mesura stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers but not full card numbers. AI-assisted chart extraction sends chart content or chart images to Anthropic. Mesura does not save uploaded image files in your closet; extracted chart values can be saved. Provider processing and retention are governed by their service terms and our configuration. Provider operations may involve processing outside your country.
Analytics and tracking choices
Analytics is optional and uses Firebase/Google Analytics only when enabled through your consent settings. You can withdraw that choice in Settings. We do not use the app to sell your closet information or deliver cross-site targeted advertising. Essential browser storage supports sign-in, preferences and your local closet. Browser tracking signals do not replace these in-app choices; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track do not enable optional analytics.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until cleared, reset or removed from your browser. Cloud profile data remains until deleted through the app or through an applicable data request. Billing, usage and policy-acceptance records are retained separately as needed to operate accounts, prevent quota abuse, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. We do not promise that deleting a profile removes records held independently by Stripe or other providers. Contact the operator for a review of retained account records.
Your choices and rights
You can view, edit and export your profile, withdraw optional cloud sync, change analytics preferences and delete your account through the app. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to your local privacy regulator. Use the contact shown on this page for requests; we may need to verify your identity. Cancel an active subscription before deleting your account.
Children and security
Mesura is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Contact the operator if you believe a child’s information has been submitted. We use authenticated access and account-level database rules; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Updates and operator
We publish the current policy version on this page. A material update prompts a new acknowledgment in the app. The operator and privacy contact shown below are responsible for answering questions about this policy.
